Cancellation and Refund Policy
JAG Consulting Services hopes everyone who engages in our services are satisfied; however, we know that sometimes situations happen which may not lead to a fully satisfied conclusion. The JAG Consulting Services Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows:
The JAG Consulting Services Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency and is applicable to school build outs.
- Cancellations made between day 1 and day 3 after a signed contract will receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made between day 4 and day 14 after a signed contract will receive a 50% refund on funds paid to date of cancellation.
- Cancellations made between day 15 and day 30 after a signed contract will receive a 10% refund on funds paid to date of cancellation.
- Cancellations made after day 30 or more are not eligible for a refund.
The JAG Consulting Services Product Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows.

The JAG Consulting Services Consulting Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows.
- Please email or contact us to request a refund for products. No refunds are given for consulting services as the service has been provided. However, if you are not completely satisfied please contact us so we may remedy the situation.
