- Information you share during consultations, engagements, or through our AI Twin assistant
- Payment and billing information when you purchase services (processed through our payment providers; JAG does not store full payment card details)
- Information submitted through SchoolMatch to help match families with schools, which may include details about a student's needs and preferences provided by a parent or guardian

Information Collected Automatically
- IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected via standard web analytics and cookies
- Interactions with marketing emails (opens, clicks) through our CRM platform

Information from Third Parties
- We may receive information from schools, partners, or referral sources in the course of brokerage or consulting engagements

- Service providers who support our operations, including our CRM (GoHighLevel), Google Workspace, Canva, Zoom, and our AI Twin platform (Delphi) — each bound by their own data protection obligations
- Schools and partners directly involved in a specific engagement (e.g., a brokerage transaction or a SchoolMatch inquiry), and only as needed to deliver the service
- Legal and regulatory authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights
- A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of JAG's business assets

4. Children's Information

JAG's services are directed at school leaders, administrators, and parents/guardians — not at children. Where SchoolMatch or a consulting engagement involves information about a minor, that information is provided to us by a parent, guardian, or school representative, not collected directly from the child. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information directly, contact us using the information below and we will delete it.

5. Cookies and Tracking

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate properly, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use the Site. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect some Site functionality.
