SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT

THE School development process

During the first month of your school development experience, we’ll conduct a consultation to review the vision for your school and create a detailed project calendar for the your school’s development.

PRE-PLANNING

PHASE ONE

During the second month of your experience, we’ll collaboratively create your school’s branding, statements, forms, legal filings, and strategic plan.

CONCEPTION

PHASE TWO

In this halfway point of your school framework, we’ll focus on your school’s calendar, finance, and board members, as well as marketing, systems, and curriculum.

DEVELOPMENT

PHASE THREE

During phase four, we’ll create policies and procedures for your school as well as in house administration for hiring staff, obtaining insurance, and fingerprinting with the DOJ.

IMPLEMENTATION

PHASE FOUR

We’ll be well on our way to the finish line as we make final preparations for your school’s launch. We’ll outline plans for professional development and emergencies. We’ll also verify student applications and staff contracts so you can prepare to launch your school with ease.
